Half by Us, Half by You — Impact Beyond Books
At Kisima Community Library, every child who walks through our doors carries a story of hope. Pamoja for Change is not just a film, it is a reflection of what happens when a community and its partners choose to believe in possibility.
With KCDF standing beside us, we raised the resources to make Kisima real: half through their generous support, and half through the determination of our own fundraising. Together, we built more than walls and shelves, we built a place where children find courage, families find belonging, and volunteers discover purpose.
From digital literacy classes story time hours, parents’ voices to children’s laughter, Kisima has grown into a space where learning sparks confidence and community spirit thrives. This video captures that whole journey, the milestones we celebrated, and the ripple of change now felt far beyond books.
